In 2016, we're making
'much ado about … everything'.
Bendigo Writers Festival turns five this year, and it’s 400 years since Shakespeare died.
If we needed an excuse to celebrate, there’s two right there.
The Festival is managed by The Capital Venues and Events, which, under the leadership of David Lloyd, provides the framework for the organisation, planning and production of our busy program.
We have a committee of management, which comprises representatives from The Capital, La Trobe University and Bendigo Weekly (major supporters) and the community.
There is also a programming support group who meet with the artistic director to give feedback and suggest ideas.
