Is there a more perfect way to start your day than a meander through Rosalind Park Gardens on a weed walk with Caroline Parker from The Cottage Herbalist? We think not. Caroline has been foraging for wild weeds and blending award winning tea and herbal medicine for years. The Medicinal Garden is Caroline's first book and covers all manner of herbaceous remedies and some delicious wild recipes.
As we wander the gardens Caroline will identify edible weeds. We'll finish with Cottage Herbalist tea, Caroline's calendula butter cookies and a good old fashioned chat to answer all your questions.
Meeting point for the walk is the BWF BIG TOP, to then head down the hill into the park from 9.30am sharp!
