Amy Doak

Amy Doak is a lifelong lover of books, reading and writing. Her debut novel, Eleanor Jones Is Not A Murderer, was released in 2023 and was shortlisted for the 2024 Australian Book Industry Award Book of the Year for Older Children, and was also a CBCA Children’s Book of the Year 2024 Notable. The sequel, Eleanor Jones Can’t Keep A Secret, is out in early July 2024. Amy lives on Dja Dja Wurrung Country in central Victoria with her husband, teen, tween, dog and a very grumpy cat.
