Tania Rossi

Tania Rossi is Cultural Awareness and Cultural Safety Facilitator at Koorie Heritage Trust. Tania is also the great granddaughter of Margaret Lilardia Tucker MBE who was a significant Aboriginal activist and one of the first Aboriginal women to publish for mainstream audiences.

Margaret’s landmark autobiography – If Everyone Cared – was republished in May 2024 in a new edition titled If Everyone Cared Enough. This nationally significant publication aims to reinstate the original words of Aunty Marge, as she was affectionately known, and shed light on the previously omitted descriptions of her culture and personal experiences.

Tania and many others played a significant role in ensuring this edition was true to Margaret's voice.
