Rob McHaffie

Rob McHaffie was born in Melbourne in 1978 and moved to Castlemaine with his young family in recent years. His painting, drawing and ceramic portraiture of characters, both real and imagined, traverse themes of personal healing, family life, human relationships and the foibles of contemporary times. Rob is the illustrator of a fun children’s book written by Laura Giuffrida, Get That Fly!

He is the recipient of numerous awards and residencies, and is represented in many major collections across Australia. We are family is his largest exhibition to date.
